During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express, I was astounded by the personalized service provided by the breakfast staff, Tiny and Abbey. Their dedication to preparing and serving delicious food with care truly stood out among my numerous hotel experiences. Despite the hotel's distance from downtown areas, the exceptional friendliness and service from the staff made it a standout choice for future stays.The room's cleanliness was impeccable throughout my visit, with the attentive staff ensuring it stayed pristine. While there was initially no iron in the room, a staff member promptly delivered one upon request, displaying their swift and efficient service. The sweet demeanor of the housekeeper added a charming touch to the overall experience, further solidifying the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. To the outstanding service, the complimentary on-site parking, and the close proximity to various dining options like Chickenuevo and Finnegan's Restaurant made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The Holiday Inn Express not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria, leaving me thoroughly impressed and eager to return for future travels.
